Here is how it works: In ALL the countries that are giving the pfizer and other MRNA shots, agreements were signed by those countries saying their citizens cannot sue the vax producers. But if you are a stateless refugee, you are not bound by any such agreements and CAN sue. So vax mandates are not being applied to refugees, because they have more protection than citizens of subverted countries that sold out.

Yes, you can't sue them for consequences of vaccination but you can sue them for denying you rudimentarily rights, guaranteed by your citizenship status.

If they deny you  your right to employment, to purchase food and drinks, that is serious violation of your rudimental rights. There were no agreements signed about violations of these. So once they erase you from society, unjustified(and btw there is no justified reason in existence to deny you these rights) you got a legit case on court.

For the answer, I think there were others who started to ruin the educational system in the USA. Here in Germany it was mainly the "Bertelsmann Stiftung" that surely works together with NGOs in other countries. But in some cases they even get involved themselves, especially in the EU.
