it will be simply a worldwide 'shock and awe' campaign (with real blood and real death)
to set the stage for various (flag waving) population control grids.
China already has theirs. Russia will create theirs. Australia will create theirs... and so on.
They (of course) will 'interconnect' for the sake of 'commerce' and trade.

Although if major war in Europe happens and at same time China goes on Taiwan, I guarantee you the world will totally forget on pandemia. I made the decision a few years ago not to own a smart phone even back then I saw people were serving it not the other way round and it was pretty obvious even then that social media was going to be weoponized against you I don't Q code or mask no one has ever challenged me although one day Im probably going to meet a uniformed state organ that will,I wont pay the fine in fact i'll challenge it in court.There is a trick if you are under Admiralty law which we are in Australia a police fine is a certificate of commerce if you do not sign it it then becomes the cops problem.
