Vinnitsa: Ukraine has nothing to do with it. According to “Nezygar”, an influential anonymous Russian telegram channel, the meeting between the buyers and the sellers of the Western arms was taking place when the missiles hit, but the buyers weren’t Ukrainian. Three MI-6 officers represented the sellers, and the buyers were from Yemen, Lebanon, Palestine and Bahrain. Ukraine military intelligence representatives were present, too. The buyers entered Ukraine through Moldova, having landed in Chisinau airport, then crossed the border between Moldova and Ukraine by land. At the moment of the strike, some 36 persons were taking part in the negotiations, 23 died on the spot, the remaining are in critical condition.

2 of 3 cruise missiles hit the target as expected, third one was shot down by the AFU air defenses on a critically low altitude, and broke in five fragments. The debris of the missile fell on the downtown Vinnitsa, causing significant civilian casualties.
