The rumour about the haemorrhagic fever was about the city of Xian, the ancient capital of the Han dynasty. I was not able to get any information about this. All just told me, it's COVID.
I have heard rumour that the government in Beijing wants to quit the lockdown policy, but I cannot confirm it.
The numbers of the cases here are slowly going down. We hope, the lockdown will be lifted in May. For me it is no problem, but for the students. They are locked in for two weeks now and have no access to their bathhouse.

AFAIK, RT/Sputnik in Europe has been banned on youtube since the day they announced it. (I think they announced a ban in US since then, but not sure).

Twitter seems to be a different story. I don't think twitter ever restricted it in USA, but they said they did restrict in Europe. For me (in Europe) I couldn't access RT/Sputnik on twitter initially after twitter announced the restriction, but after a couple days RT/Sputnik have always been accessible for me without any problems. Not sure why that happens.

I see more a problem, if Shanghai or Shenzhen is under lockdown, the global supply lines will be interrupted. Even North East China is important because of the car factories. They produce cars for Western companies. This will interrupt the deliveries.
