A firm that distributed 3D-printer blueprints for guns has circumvented a ban on sharing them online by selling flash drives containing the files.
The designs had been available for free download but a temporary ban was imposed by a US judge concerned that they could fall into the wrong hands.
Defense Distributed now promises to deliver the drives to customers in select states.
Its suggested price is $10 (£7.70), but customers can choose how much to pay.

Clock changes: EU backs ending daylight saving
The EU Commission is proposing to end the practice of adjusting clocks by an hour in spring and autumn after a survey found most Europeans opposed it.
Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said millions "believe that in future, summer time should be year-round, and that's what will happen".

If my memory is right, Scotland tried this idea once and it was a failure because many people were put out by having to get up in the morning when it was still really dark.

What on earth ... this is SOOO freaky. (see video below) It's like Chernobyl or something. The place is a ghosttown. No one around. Abandoned homes, abandoned cars, abandoned government buildings, abandoned solar observatory, abandoned post office. Yet this guy is just wondering around, filming everything unchallenged. Just yellow "caution" tape and an abandoned car outside. Notes on door saying "closed indefinitely". Observatory building doors UNLOCKED. X-files DVDs in garbage bins!!! Just a drone flying by and a "weird smell". Wow !!!

Cleared the area and then just abandoned it for 8 days and counting without explanation and without even posting guards? How much is a major solar observatory worth - (tens of ?) billions of dollars ??! and they leave it open, unlocked and unprotected for anyone to wonder around???

Strange is this the area is still abandoned. Either the site was cleared and, then, residents would be back or site is still somehow dangerous and there would be security gueards and checkpoints everywhere. This is really strange.

You don't just get the FBI shutting that place down with helicopters everywhere and then suddenly abandoning the area for days on end. Something really fucked up had to have happened, but I can't for the life of me guess as to what it is.
