I see today they start (after 6 months) removing everything from INSIDE the Sripals house for full decontamination. The house where novichok was applied to the OUTSIDE door handle whilst the Skripals were home and touched the door handle on their way out and did not return !!

Even more new information. The two original "suspects" made several trips to the UK including exactly a year earlier, presumably on the same fake passports The "associates" were for backup and act as lookouts.

Not so exotic to visit it as to use such obscure method to try to kill a double agent, who already was in Russian jail.
What makes all of this beyond surreal is the whole absurdity of the assassination story. Consider this:
You have someone, who is so cold blooded and ruthless that he orders to kill someone, in foreign country, in very specific way with very exotic, old Soviet nerve agent. Such person must be really some though guy. He sends two operatives to do such job.
However, they failed. And the same though, ruthless guy, lets them just walk around, like nothing happened, even if whole news are full of this story. Not even that they were not eliminated after their failure, the though, ruthless guy did not order their elimination after two other, non-related, individuals were exposed to the agent because operatives just threw their "weapon" carelessly away. And they were not eliminated even if their identities were shown. Instead, they were brought to daylight to speak on the TV screen.

Russian spies were arrested in Switzerland trying to break into a lab testing Salisbury Novichok samples, early in the year. It has just been revealed.
