What sort of reassurance is this? Hiow about explain why a bus and surrounding area remain corded off after several hours??? Clearly are not able or willing to confirm it is not Novichok related.

The bus that Dawn and Charlie returned from Salisbury to Amesbury has tested negative for Novichok.

So I guess the narrative has to change again, unless they carried home a sealed container that they then opened in Amesbury and then discarded as it has not been found at any of the locations, such as their homes.

Local tv says there is a public meeting tomorrow night with all the authorities to ask questions. They interviewed lots of people freaking out saying they refure to go to the towns anymore. Also had another "expert" on confirming this stuff WILL persist for a very long period of time, even regardless of external weather.

Car belonged to a paramedic that treated Dawn and it was feared Novichok had been transferred to the car via clothing. The car is being destoryed.

The reporting is strange given the secrecy, for sure. Like with the Skripals, media yesterday reported, he only has days to live. Couple of days later will be released. The brother casually said "he is fine, nothing to worry about" days ago and even Sky tv yesterday were pointing out Charlie had not yet been told about Dawn's death. (whilst supposedly still unconsious at the time!)

Yes, police eventually released a statement saying the man had a "medical episode" and was not of any interest to the public (a rather cryptic way to say not Novichok) and they apologised for the inconvenience.
