Seems that RT/Sputnik website homepages are accessible but cyberattacks are preventing from being able to access articles.

edit: RT website worked fine on Asian IP address, but on US/EU IP address could not access any articles. Perhaps Western Govts have given orders to ISPs to make it hard to access the sites.
