This is the typical misconception of the so-called "Reichsbürger". They just don't realize, that Germany surrendered unconditionally. This is a historical fact. Everything before is just gone, wiped out with this fact. History always overrules law. The BRD is a new construct created by the Western Allies. And all new treaties, contracts etc. Germany signed after 1989, always have this one paragraph, that no agreement with the Western Allies is touched and all agreements still hold.
