I think Spriters has realised he may have been incorrect after all:

Information indicates that the missile that fell near the Dimona reactor is a surface-to-surface missile, not a surface-to-air missile, and it is a Type 110 Fateh capable of carrying explosive warheads.

It seemed clear from the video montage taken from different angles that there were at least two explosions. One flickered noticeably, the other did not.

Simultaneously with the terrible explosion in the center of Israel, the alarm siren and the Dimona Patriot+ iron dome system were activated in the south of Israel, and two severe explosions have been confirmed so far. pic.twitter.com/8XK59KRQ60

What is interesting in this Ukraine situation is that Merkel has stated that Germany intends to go ahead with Nordstream 2. This is very good news for Ru.F on many levels; I think just possibly this gesture along with hopefully Ukraine returning water flow to Crimea will sufficiently ease critical tensions. It is worthy to note that Putin didn’t make any dramatic comments in his address to the nation. I hope this postulation is correct.
