What is really chilling is that they do no restrain, even if body-cams deployed and almost everyone has camera-equipped smartphone. Hard to imagine what it was like before bodycams and smartphones were everywhere...

that is super crazy, they should all be locked up.
i am guessing they are all Iraq/Afghanistan vets. makes you REALLY wonder how many people were killed there too for no reason.
They should be named and their families should be moved into care to protect them from "them" as it is obvious they are cold blooded murderers and kill for no reason. no child is safe around them.
