Lol this sounds like a idea from deluded Pompeo if the US could not destroy those groups in 2004 when they only numbered a few thousand and poorly armed there is zero chance the US can destroy 50,000 Strong Iraqi Hezbollah and 50,000 Strong Badr organisation who are now armed with anti tank missiles, drones, ballistic missiles and anti aircraft missiles.
