“This field was discovered after a year of continuous exploration in southern Iran.”
Iran Makes Huge Natural Gas Discovery - Could Power Tehran For 16 Years
https://oilprice.com/Energy/Natural-Gas/Iran-Makes-Huge-Natural-Gas-Discovery-Could-Power-Tehran-For-16-Years.html
Hendi reportedly added the gas was struck at a depth of 3,900 meters and that the deposit that was tapped contained enough energy to provide power to the whole of Tehran, which has a population of 12 million, over a period of 16 years.

This is why sanctions don't really work on Iran because they have everything they need already in Iran if the US thinks they are going to create oil, Gas or Electricity shortages in Iran they are deluded as Iran is swimming on those things.

@Zambeezi

It does not seem like any fighting is going on now which is strange as you would think Turkey with their night vision equipment advantage would prefer to fight at night rather than day.

The main reason for my wish to change this society is that so many human skills have no chance to come to fruition. Instead they are used in a really sick way so that people are maintaining their own suffering from wars, hunger and illness. But it can not be changed "top-down", only in some kind of "grassroots revolution" or better "evolution" where more and more people work together to get rid of TPTB (whoever that is).

No need for a "big event" but development. One of my ideas to reach it: Don't play "their" games - don't use "their" rules - don't think in the box of "their" paradigms.
It's more "refuse" than "resist" - without too much ideology. You don't need to know much about "what's going on behind the curtains", it's mainly to create your own rules together with like-minded people.

That is what I mean with "I'm on the side of the people".

He is totally wrong on that it was Arabs and Kurds who helped Lawrence of Arabia and the West defeat the Germans in the middle East and collapse the Ottoman empire.

Q&A @ 22:25
imo..
Trump is focused on 2020 re-election. always, always now.  He's calculated and taken 'political inspiration' from Tulsi Gabbard. Bet on it.
Gabbard has 'floated the balloon'/tested/polled the 'anti-war' appetite in this country
he knows it/he has watched all her vids via twitter/he's had staff analyze her polling and campaign
This 'sudden' decision is to 'honor' his 'instincts', is to compete and survive. It's hard wired into a self absorbed adolescent mind.
and yes the non-political human side also has a moral 'tug' on his conscience/campaign 'promises'....
but never forget: he UNILATERALLY rejected a congressional bill/mandate to effectively choke off/strangle the Yemen war to a halt.
So we know that it's NOT about some 'come ta Jesus' moment he's having. nope.
