The rebuilding is happening across the entire territory where possible after security, emergency services, power, water, roads, sewage, telco, banking / admin etc as soon as it’s safe to do so. Still a long way to go but the journey has been well under way for over a year now. 

It has been and continues to be a joy watching these cities / towns / peeps come to real life after a nightmare decade. I’m beyond happy for them

I also find the comments from Ukro looney tunes & nafos hilarious as they lose their minds claiming non of it is real, it’s all CGI, it’s fake news, it’s Russian propaganda, everyone is in concentration camps or murdered bla bla bla. despite tons of in your face evidence to the contrary ‍�

A group of journalists from Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Peru, Syria, the USA and France visited several settlements of the Lugansk People's Republic to find out what measures were taken by the authorities to restore the region's infrastructure.

  The foreign delegation met with the Head of the Republic Leonid Pasechnik and was able to visit the hospital and sports center.

Journalists noted that the broad support of the Russian Federation for residents of the LPR can already be seen with the naked eye and emphasized that many infrastructure facilities look much better than in previous years.
