What's more, Meta accounted for 85% of child pornography reports filed with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, according to the report. That said, "Meta has struggled with these efforts more than other platforms both because of weak enforcement and design features that promote content discovery of legal as well as illicit material, Stanford found."
"Instagram’s problem comes down to content-discovery features, the ways topics are recommended and how much the platform relies on search and links between accounts," said David Thiel, chief technologist at the Stanford Internet Observatory. "You have to put guardrails in place for something that growth-intensive to still be nominally safe, and Instagram hasn’t."

The lists of people whom Kiev accused of "disinformation" were obtained by the SBU through the FBI special agent Kobzanets, assigned to the US Embassy in Kiev, and he forwarded them to Twitter.

Of the 163 accounts on the list, Twitter has suspended 34.

From June 4th to June 8th, the enemy has lost close to 400 armored vehicles, 115 tanks and close to 5,000 personnel on the Zaporozhye, Artemovsk, and Southwest Donetsk Tactical Regions. The intensity of the enemy attacks have decreased, however, a whole army in the reserve is waiting to attack. This will not be the end of their attacks; so far, no settlements have been lost (some changed hands but are back under the control of the Russian Armed Forces).

Importantly, in no instance, has even the first line of defense been breached, and remember, on the Zaporozhye and Southwest Donetsk fronts, there are 5 lines of defense. The enemy is targeting areas west of the Ugledarisky Tactical Region (nearby to the Velkya Novoselivka Tactical Region); as these regions are the least defended, however, geographically hard to conquer. This is primarily around the villages of Novodonetskoye and the Vremika Ledge.

To compensate for failures, the AFU attempted a counteroffensive on the Artemovsk (Berkhovka) area; they were subsequently wiped out. Enemy militants now resort to shelling of residential areas of the Belgorod Region.

It is likely that the enemy will attempt to cross the Left Bank of the Kherson River under the backdrop of the New Kakhovka Hydroelectric Dam being undermined; they have strengthened groupings with fresh reserves from Lvov and Zhytomr, Russian forces are pre-emptively striking accumulations of enemy manpower.

If you do not have content that is interesting, you can not pay for day to day operations. And GLP is a business operation that was probably very lucrative at some times.

Fox News accuses Tucker Carlson of contract breach over Twitter show

Fox News informed Tucker Carlson's attorney that they believe his new Twitter show violated his contract, Axios reported.

Carlson was dropped from the network’s primetime lineup last month, but his contract with Fox News runs through 2025.

The network's letter to Carlson's attorney did not include threats or suggest recriminations, but Fox believes "Tucker on Twitter", which debuted on the platform Tuesday, is in violation of a contract that requires Carlson's services to be provided exclusively by the network.

Carlson's attorney said any legal action by Fox violates a journalist's rights under the country's First Amendment constitution, which guarantees free speech.

Carlson was fired from the network in April, less than a week after Fox News agreed to pay Dominion Voting Systems $787.5 million to settle defamation claims. 

The first episode of Tucker on Twitter, in which he claimed the Ukrainian military blew up the Kakhovka Dam, has already drawn over 100 million views. Yet on Fox News, episodes with Carlson averaged no more than five million views.

There is a possibility to create nuclear device that is small and (relatively) light. There is also possibility to fire such a device from an artillery (including 155 mm). There is no difference between Russian and Ukrainian nuclear weapons from the time of Soviet Union. if nuclear weapon (or what remains after detonation) is analyzed data can show from what reactor it came from (french, US, soviet...) but if nuclear device has remained in possession of someone in Ukraine and if it would be used it would be hard to prove who did it. if that device was made in time of Soviet Union.
