Do satellite phones work in cities?
you generally have good reception in the outdoors, but depending on the provider the coverage might be limited. Satellite phones will have poor/no reception inside buildings (reception will not be great in urban environment in general).

The auditory brainstem implant directly stimulates the hearing pathways in the brainstem, bypassing the inner ear and hearing nerve. An auditory brainstem implant doesn't restore normal hearing.
