Nothing serious imo. As I wrote before, the major thing is that Putin used first time ever word "war" in connection to SMO. And Russian suspension of participation in START III. Overall it was aimed to domestic audience. Many valid points which we all know already. That's what I noted, I could miss domething...

one thing caught my attention. he said something about nuclear weapons that US have and expiry date of use. it seems that nuclear weapons have some date (time) in which it has to be used, or it is not useable anymore. and that date is soon. it means that US has incentive to use them or pay for dismantling process which is quite expensive.

Most commentators missed the point of him saying that Russia's existence is threatened ,he has in the past stated that is the only scenario in which he would consider using nuclear weapons was if Russia's very existence was threatened.

I have a hard time focusing on spoken data. Is there a list of the most important weapons and ammunition somewhere, what Ukraine had last February, how much they have now, what the West has delivered during this time and/or wants to deliver now. I often have the problem that the categories differ from source to source, one writes "tanks", the other "armored vehicles" , the delivery now is about main battle tanks. You can't compare the numbers then. I would already be satisfied with "figures to be assumed with the highest probability". 

Accordingly, I would like to know how many battle tanks Ukraine had, how many were destroyed in 12 months, how many are to be delivered. So that I can assess whether they want to provide Ukraine with combat power for 5 days, 5 weeks or 5 months. Or more precisely, I would like it as an argumentation aid. I prefer to work with data and facts rather than with "gut feelings" and emotions.
