The coup stories don't make sense. It is told, that Xi Jinping was returning from his trip to Russia surprisingly, because he was arrested by hardliners after he had assured Russia his full support. Why should hardliners go against him, when he is supporting the war against the West?

Cancellations of flights: Flights are obviously normal in Eastern China. It is only possible, that there are some troubles in Western China. But I have no information about that.
Movements of troops: There is a big military parade scheduled for next month in Beijing. No surprise, that many troops are moving into town to be present at Tiananmen (天安门).
Arrests: There are hints, that three old enemies of Xi are arrested.

Xi is visiting farmers and talking to them during the harvest season and telling old stories, when he himself was working on a farm.

All of this is connected: Tiananmen. Xi's father was exiled from Beijing after the Tiananmen incident. This was the time, when Xi was working on a farm. These three old enemies could be involved in the exile of his father and he wants to take revenge.

And I am quite sure, the source of all of this is the website, that is always propagating the Falun Gong story.
