To be able to edit on your phone you should install AnySoftKeyboard, there are also Language packs and different layouts available.
One of the features are two arrows one forward and the other backward.
To do so first install F-Droid. Its an open source software repository, I think its available on the playstore. After that actualize the repo.

Then within F-Droid search for the Keyboard and install it. during the installation process it asks if you want language packs, layouts and so on.
In F-Droid you find some interesting apps like SimpleFilemanagerPro, SimpleGalleryPro.
All of them are strictly open source without any bloatware or advertising.

I did this to my new redmi Chinacracker phone.
Google will hate you for this, but I prefer not to be spied on more then necessary.

Thanxalot but atm I have such a lot other things in my head, working with regional groups and try installing offline "nets" to fight the shit in our country. The newest they want to spy on chats and so on. So I have not the nerve to improve my expertise now, perhaps later.

Thanks for your concern.. I slept very well tonight. I will reduce the intake to 1,5g to 2g per day and split it up into three servings.. Potassium citrate tastes horrible, so I will drink it with bone broth.. American health agencies say you need 4,7g of Potassium a day, Europeans (except Germany, they think we live on air alone) recommend 3,5g.. nobody knows the exact upper tolerance levels, but they do know I would have to eat 400 Bananas at once to kill myself with Hyperkalemia .. I love Bananas, they got 358 mg of Potassium, but unfortunetely they also contain 6g of fructose that causes fatbelly syndrome. Practically speaking, it's next to impossible to be able to get 3g of Potassium per day (6 to 7 Avocados or 10 Bananas) even with the most healthy diet.. same can be said about Magnesium and some other vital minerals.. due to depleted top soils (extensive industrial agriculture).. So since I am already sick, why not use myself as the laboratory rat, just like the good doctors of old did, they used themselves as test subjects.. before they tried their remedies out on patients..

Can you tell me where to get it? I once tried banana but my stomach didn't like it after a few days. I know that I need more than I could get from food. I have often probs with muscles, cramps for example, since childhood.

Another place to get quite enough potassium is in vegetable juice - I don't know if you have it there but we call it V8 juice. The low sodium version of V8 has gobs of potassium in it because they replace the salt with potassium salts. V8 is really good for you and low calories.

Yes there you go. The low sodium version has 850mg potassium per cup (240ml). It is a pretty good supplement (2X a banana) if you can stand vegetable juice that is. For some people it is an acquired taste. I always try food first that's me. Plus it has all sorts of vegetables which at least I as an American don't eat enough of.

I suspect that if you are still hypokalemic after that + the rest of your normal diet something could possibly be off.

Plus you can get some Russian vodka and make a bloody mary out of it!
