The main reason for my wish to change this society is that so many human skills have no chance to come to fruition. Yep. Per Ukraine's Interior Ministry they clearly said they this incident was a Russian aircraft shot down. Then later, maybe because they couldn't hide the evidence, they admitted it was infact a Ukraine Su-27 shot down by Russian SAM.

Wow. This is quite some statement from former EU President Donald Tusk. Never did I ever see him criticize any EU country before (except for UK a little because of Brexit maybe). He's calling some EU countries a disgrace for doing 'pretend sanctions'.
In this war everything is real: Putin’s madness and cruelty, Ukrainian victims, bombs falling on Kyiv. Only your sanctions are pretended. Those EU government’s, which blocked tough decisions (i.a. Germany, Hungary, Italy) have disgraced themselves.
