It turned out this incident happened because the guys who shot at the bus were denied an entrance from bus driver. Apparently shooters were sexually molesting one of the female passengers and then they were removed from the bus by the conductor. And as a revenge they, once outside, opened fire on the bus, killing a seventeen and sixteen year old plus a conductor.
