OK, before 1979 it was called Persia, it may be that they will rename it again at some point. Who knows what Azerbaijan will be called then ...

Battle of Savo Island 1942: America's Worst Naval Defeat

I still don't know how Japan and Germany lost WW2 as they were miles ahead of all other armies at start of WW2 in terms of troop quality and equipment especially Japan after having defeated Russia 30 years earlier winning 98% of ground and land battles during the Russo-Japanese War

Empire of Japan lost military initiative after severe beatings it took at battle of Midway Island where they lost their projection of offense air power when 4 aircraft carriers and their most experienced crews were killed. They lacked industrial capacity to replace losses whereas Americans had huge country and unmolested manufacturing.

Germanya lost military initiative after Citadel offensive at salient of Kursk. Soviet Union could withstand losses and replace but fascists couldn’t.
Greatest Soviet victories in summer of 1944 with Bagration finished off Army group Center and trapped Army Group North in Kurland. Read about Hitlerite losses on monthly basis from June 1941 to December 1941, already then they suffer.

Because the Germans in particular had fought for a stupid ideology, the Russians fought for their lives and the lives of their families and children.

Germany and Japan jointly invading Soviets from different sides and knocking them out of the war so they could then confront America,Britain and Australia might have changed the war outcome.

No ideology in WW2 was good be it German Nazism, Soviet/Chinese Marxist communism, American/British western led new world order or the dangerous ideologies that came after like Zionism which then led to Islamism that came in response to Zionism and western led order.

OK, I understand, Chinese communism in WW2. Perhaps you forgot that Germany didn't only want to get the land but to enslave the "Slawische Untermenschen" or kill them all. If you would live here you'd know that these ideas still exist in Germany. Zionism came before WW1, not after WW2.

Question

And the above assumes that:

1: The virus has been isolated
2: The tests work
3: Authorities aren't manipulating the death count.

Well, it appears that none of the above is true.
I maintain that there was no "SARS COV 2" and only influenza A and B, rebranded and splashed all over the media to draw attention to it.

I still don't know how Japan and Germany lost WW2 as they were miles ahead of all other armies at start of WW2 in terms of troop quality and equipment especially Japan after having defeated Russia 30 years earlier winning 98% of ground and land battles during the Russo-Japanese War

This is a miscalculation, that comes from Allied propaganda during the war to make the victory bigger as it actually was.

Germany was completely disarmed and dismantled after WW I. UK gave the permission to re-arm and to stock up the military in the hope to see a German-Russian war. The problem was, that Germany had modern weapons but we had no time to train and to exercise and to test these weapons. For example every submarine was fresh from the warp and nobody could say, if it would work. The British fleet had old ships, but the crew was familiar with the ship and there was a clear line in development of the material. The Germans did not know their own material. In numbers the Germans had not reached the British numbers in strength (in the navy). And the Germans were unable to cut the British supply lines.

The Polish, the Norvegians and the French were no match to the army. The French lost because their leadership underestimated the tank weapon and they did not expect, that the Germans would use the same old battle-plan of WW I. The German high-command was actually thinking the same way as the French, but Hitler with nearly no military experience had this crazy idea. And it worked, because no one expected it (with silent help of the British, Dünkirchen and the sinking of the French fleet by the British fleet).

The Russian war was lost the moment it began. I don't think, it is useful to say, this or that battle was the turning point. This war was not winnable.

The Russian-Japanese war in about 190x was a surprise for all the world and was won, because of the rotten state of the Russian military and administration and the simple fact, that the battle of Tsuschima was fought in Japanese waters. The Russian fleet had to steam around the globe to reach the war theatre, the Japanese had just to wait and "welcome" them.

In the meantime everything had changed. The Russian imperial army was replaced by the Red Army. And they did against the Germans, what they did against the Swedish in the 18th century and the French in the 19th century, they retreated into the interior of their huge country. The endless long supply lines and the horrible winter won the war.
WW I was an exception, because the Germans sent Lenin to Russia and there was a revolution and a civil war inside the country, so the Russians were forced to sign the treaty of Brest-Litowsk.
Japan was in a horrible situation. In 1923 they were forced by US to leave all the places they had occupied in China. US had put sanctions on them. Japan was running out of supply. Re-occupying of Manchuria was not enough. They urgently wanted to occupy Sibiria, but were fooled by Hitler. In their desperation they followed Hitler's advice to occupy South-East-Asia with Indonesia. But this plan failed also, because Stalin did not attack British India and Mussolini did not attack the British high command of India, that was fled from the Japanese to Kenya. All their technical advancement did not help them, they were in a corner. India out of reach, China un-conquerable and simply out of supply. So they decided to ignore the Germans and to attack US. This was a last desperate move and it failed.

I don't think, that ideology has an influence on the day to day fighting. Within the German navy and army it was possible to talk openly about the government. Only "150%"-Nazis were convinced, and these people were to be avoided. Also from Japan more and more information is surfacing, that these "kamikadse"-actions were not done, because the people were convinced. There was much pressure.
Most people fought, because they were in this shitty situation and their family would be punished, if they would run away.
Chauvinism ("Untermenschen") was much more wide-spread as now-a-days in all countries. The Germans lost their chauvinism after the war and if they really go abroad, they are shocked about the chauvinism in other countries. The most crazy form is American exceptionalism.

On August 25, 2021, the Indian media noticed the discrepancy between Uttar Pradesh’s massive success
and other states, like Kerala’s, comparative failure.
Although Uttar Pradesh was only 5% vaccinated to Kerala’s 20%,
Uttar Pradesh had (only) 22 new COVID cases, while Kerala was overwhelmed with 31,445 in one day.

It became apparent that whatever was contained in those treatment kits must have been pretty effective.

Each home kit contained the following:
Paracetamol tablets [tylenol], Vitamin C, Multivitamin, Zinc, Vitamin D3, Ivermectin 12 mg [quantity #10 tablets],
Doxycycline 100 mg [quantity #10 tablets].
Other non-medication components included face masks, sanitizer, gloves and alcohol wipes,
a digital thermometer, and a pulse oximeter.

This entire kit – including the oximeter – cost only $2.65

Afaik Kerala has the highest social standards (education, healthcare etc.) in India.

Ivermectin and Inflammation

https://youtu.be/pU6nW97eQIU
my notes:
1. ivermectin stops viral replication in the CYTOPLASM (not 'inside' cell nucleus... like Zinc) this is MUCH more efficient/effective
2. ivermectin doesn't depend on vascular (blood system) delivery
3. ivermectin stops INFLAMMATION throughout body... this is huge beyond just SarsCov-2
4. only 1% of single dose is 'lost' through excretion (urine). 99% stays in your tissue. working against virus & inflammation. this explains the rapid recovery/efficacy.
