This is little more than a rumour as far as I can tell, as there is no other source for this: There are, however, plenty of links when searching for "Decree No. 117/2021" which leads to something completely unrelated, so this is possibly "fake news".
"Ukrainian President Zelensky activated the strategy of recapture and unification of Ukraine with Crimea and Sevastopol by signing Decree No. 117/2021 today, March 24, following a decision of the National Security and Defence Council.
The decree will be a milestone in developments. There are specific actions against Crimea that have been manifested for a long time. They are just now formally getting approval.
The targeting is one: Crimea and Sevastopol will be struck by hybrid warfare actions so that Russia will openly manifest itself with military action.
The Kerch Bridge is now a target and we will certainly see Russian moves to protect it."

The main reason for my wish to change this society is that so many human skills have no chance to come to fruition. No need for a "big event" but development. One of my ideas to reach it: Don't play "their" games - don't use "their" rules - don't think in the box of "their" paradigms.
It's more "refuse" than "resist" - without too much ideology. You don't need to know much about "what's going on behind the curtains", it's mainly to create your own rules together with like-minded people.
That is what I mean with "I'm on the side of the people".

In Germany, the numbers are rising so fast since rapid and self-tests were introduced. Since children and adolescents are now also being tested en masse, those who test more positive there are sold as "new more dangerous mutations".

The main reason for my wish to change this society is that so many human skills have no chance to come to fruition. Instead they are used in a really sick way so that people are maintaining their own suffering from wars, hunger and illness. But it can not be changed "top-down", only in some kind of "grassroots revolution" or better "evolution" where more and more people work together to get rid of TPTB (whoever that is).
No need for a "big event" but development. One of my ideas to reach it: Don't play "their" games - don't use "their" rules - don't think in the box of "their" paradigms.
It's more "refuse" than "resist" - without too much ideology. You don't need to know much about "what's going on behind the curtains", it's mainly to create your own rules together with like-minded people.
That is what I mean with "I'm on the side of the people".

Australia only has 'infected' people in quarantine,travellers from overseas,there is not one case in the country yet they are pushing these vaccines like crazy,with Easter coming up though Id say our 'third wave' is coming- the ones in charge of this hoax/cull aren't great fans of Christianity.
