If it has only recently been used more often, then I find it impressive who uses it, Thunberg and Killary are quite suspect.

OK, but that doesn't explain why people use the term who are not from USA. I can not find the post where this video was in, afair there were also politicians from UK and even Greta Thunberg used it.
