In a nutshell in for a non-english speaker it says that EVERY aspect of the PCR testing methodology described in the "Corman-Drosten paper" used to currently diagnose COVID-19 is:

A) completely arbitrary

B) completely unscientific

C) completely inaccurate

pretty much to the letter of what the actual American inventor of PCR technology Kary Mullis had been screaming upon deaf ears.

A lot of the text is the idea through the PCR amplification process, the more times you amplify it - the more unrelated cells/ cell fragments start to show false COVID-19 positives, and that if you amplify it too many cycles you will ALWAYS have false positives. But, at the same time, it is highly inaccurate if you do not amplify it enough times BUT there is no real "sweet spot" for the number of times to accurate amplify it to actually make it accurate for testing purposes.

Conclusion: the test is fairly worthless.
