Aye supposedly it's the Dutch stating that the system crossed the border fired and then went home after realising it was a Passenger Jet, there is supposedly evidence in the form of video and satellite imagery...
Last time I checked the Dutch doesn't have access to that kind of technology...
I can't see much bar sanctions and possible ICC being brought forth with regards to this.
