The Bolivian coup police have admitted defeat in the face of anti-coup resistance in El Alto, La Paz and Cochabamba.
They've asked for the military to protect them against the Evo Morales supporters, which the military have agreed to.

Ex-President of Bolivia Evo Morales arrived in Mexico City, he was met by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mexico Marcelo Ebrard at the plane's ramp. Morales got off the ramp and waved to reporters. The former vice president arrived in the country with him.
