"Opposition" doesn't want any deal, negotiations or elections. They are ordered from the White House to refuse everything. There was already opportunity to make a deal last year. The "opposition" was ordered by Trump's government to refuse it.
Yep well if it wasn't clear to some before it's now perfectly clear to the watching world that he's willing to have an election.
Several countries in the past week, such as the UK, have said they would recognize Guaido as President if Maduro doesn't call an election, so they would have to go back on their word should they now choose to recognize Guaido. The exception being the US who won't accept an election because they have already chosen to "appoint" Guaido as President.

The only difference I think it would have made would be that if she had won, things would have escalated quicker than they did.

I just don't understand it why they would do that. Are they paid protesters? Taken too many drugs? Suffering amnesia from what happens when US intervenes in other Latin America countries or middle east countries? Or are they really such traitors that they hate their country and what their flag represents so much that they dream of collaborating with the US in looting the country's assets while the rest of the country would inevitably suffer in poverty and be a colony of US corporations just like the old days.

Some claim the aim of this military build up on Brazil-Venezuela border is to escort an "aid convoy" destined to pro-#Guaido groups. If we learnt anything from Syria, this is a weapons shipment to arm these groups.

Interesting. I just started to follow him, he had good informations.
All he was doing was providing photo, video updates from what I could see. Don't see how that warrants a ban.
Notice the other day twitter said they were removing Venezuelan twitter accounts for "spammy, divisive, malicious" content, all can be subjective terms. Not did they say they removed the accounts because of false content posted.
In a blog post, Twitter said:
Twitter has removed 764 accounts located in Venezuela. We are unable to definitively tie the accounts located in Venezuela to information operations of a foreign government against another country. However, these accounts are another example of a foreign campaign of spammy content focused on divisive political themes, and the behavior we uncovered is similar to that utilized by potential Russian IRA accounts. We are disclosing them out of an abundance of caution and welcome the feedback of researchers.
Additionally, we have removed 1,196 accounts located in Venezuela which appear to be engaged in a state-backed influence campaign targeting domestic audiences. We have shared information on these accounts with our industry peers, and continue to investigate malicious activity originating in Venezuela, both targeting audiences with in Venezuela and abroad.

France will recognize Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido as interim president if Nicolas Maduro does not announce a presidential vote by Sunday night, France’s European affairs minister said.
“If by tonight, (President) Maduro does not commit to organising presidential elections, then France will consider Juan Guaido as legitimate to organize them in his place and we will consider him as the interim president until legitimate elections in Venezuela (take place),” Nathalie Loiseau told LCI television on Sunday.
