Is anyone at all buying that "chemical attack" bullshit any more? Even most brainwashed sheeple don't believe this crap any more. They could as well launch the attack without that shallow pathetic excuse, everyone knows their true color.
But this time could be really different. Trump is in a desperate situation with noose tightening constantly. So he will most probably tray that he is not Russian puppet by launching the attack, maybe even directly on Russian forces. At this moment Russians are working hard to deter the attack, but I don't think deterrence will work and the attack will come. Assad himself will likely be the target too.
If Russians respond to the attack directly (even by shooting down cruise missiles) things could get FUBAR in no time.
Also, if the FUKUS tries using any kind of weapons against Russians (including EW) I wonder what their response will be. But this time I believe Russian response is a certainty.
This pending crisis will likely be much more serious and unpredictable then the previous one.

And if you take all other things that have happened recently into consideration (leader meetings, social media censure, weapon testing, troop deployment and exercises, sanctions etc) it all looks planned and connected, and thus even more sinister. Our ancestors have seen this circumstances before, and they've lead to wars, and this time is likely not different. We're approaching the brink and we can only hope it stays on the brink...
