This UAV weighs 1.7 kg and can be folded for easy transport, fitting into a tube. It is launched using a powder charge. The payload capacity of the "BAS-80" is 500 grams, with the possibility of increasing it to 2 kg. The drone's maximum flight speed is up to 130 km/h, with a flight altitude of up to 200 meters and a range of up to 30 km.

India wishes to see much-delayed progress on the proposed TAPI gas pipeline,

The Taliban will need to balance these projects against a perceived loss of some political influence over the country
