That is, our current global financial system is a bit unsound; it should be replaced by something else. It will be, someday. But whether the global reserve currency is the US dollar, Pokémon cards or a digital ruble pegged to Borscht, nothing will fundamentally change for Russians if their political elites continue their time-honored tradition: stubbornly refusing to invest in Russia.
Even now, when there is a lot at stake – and this is becoming more and more – Moscow has shown little interest in developing the country's enormous natural wealth for the benefit of ordinary Russians. While Russia is practically giving away oil and gas to its numerous "trustworthy partners", Gazprom is pursuing a policy of "price liberalization" in its own country (this is a euphemism for "unlimited price increases", in case you were wondering). Well, there is no oil at a discount price – someone, somewhere, has to pay for it. And why not the Russian people?
De-Dollarization and the "turning of Russia to the East" will not achieve much without comprehensive deoligarchization and the introduction of a new economic model that gives priority to the development of one's own country and social advancement over satisfying the needs of foreign "partners".

The main reason for my wish to change this society is that so many human skills have no chance to come to fruition. Instead they are used in a really sick way so that people are maintaining their own suffering from wars, hunger and illness. But it can not be changed "top-down", only in some kind of "grassroots revolution" or better "evolution" where more and more people work together to get rid of TPTB (whoever that is).
No need for a "big event" but development. One of my ideas to reach it: Don't play "their" games - don't use "their" rules - don't think in the box of "their" paradigms.
It's more "refuse" than "resist" - without too much ideology. You don't need to know much about "what's going on behind the curtains", it's mainly to create your own rules together with like-minded people.
That is what I mean with "I'm on the side of the people".

Very sad today the Northern NSW Maritime museum is shutting down,it was a great little museum and a good tourist attraction with a great collection of Australian maritime history you would think local,state or federal government would spring a few dollars to keep it going but no,so its collection goes to the four winds.
You may say what the hell is this doing in this thread Im coming to that if it were an lgbt museum you bet they would of found the money.
Statues of this countries founders,explorers etc are being desacrated or destroyed its almost as if a small part of this country and what makes it unique is dying every day and it is being replaced by a freak show....I am in this world but no longer of it
