I do not agree completely.

Ukraine was not the opponent of Russia during the war. But Germany was an opponent. Sending tanks to a current opponent of Russia is definitely an aggressive action. Therefore Russia has the right to attack Germany without consulting the Security Council. Buying gas from Russia for a lower price, than US can deliver, is considered an aggressive action by US. US has already taken action.

In case Finland joins NATO and follows a course considered aggressive by Russia, Russia can take action, because Finland was an enemy state during WW II. Sweden was not. Sweden was officially neutral during WW II. Whether Sweden joins NATO or not, is irrelevant.
In case Romania becomes a base for military action against Russia, Russia can take action, because Romania was an enemy state and vice versa.
About Austria I have no idea, because they have a peace treaty.

Ukraine broke these international conventions by building another canal, the Bistroe Canal.
