Got my vitamin D results back and I’m at 62 ng/ml, which is pretty good but I’m gonna try to get it above 70 heading into winter.

When I look at the picture, it is not far from the pictures from Bangladesh. Is it really that polluted? OK, it's no longer much better in Germany, but it's not that bad yet.
I haven't heard of such thefts from trains here, but in recent years there have been more and more thefts, especially of metal, even from cemeteries, construction machinery, etc., and even cattle from pastures. Mainly by gangs from Eastern Europe, afaik especially Lithuania, Bulgaria and Romania.
