People were expecting resistance from Hazaras but Bamyan center of Hazarajat fell without resistance. TB just walked in and took control. You can thank the ties that Taliban have built with Hazaras and Shi'ites over the years for this. This is what I call a clean sweep.

Looks like we might be seeing a surrender deal in Kabul soon, as in so many other places in Afghanistan (via @YusufzaiArshad). This could be over in hours. Diplomats may need to negotiate their exit from Kabul with the Taliban.
