Well, watching current events it's not out of the realm of possibility that it will be in the US actually. Their "crussade" against all opponents, regardless if conservatives, anti-war activists, libertarians and so on is just begining.

Abroad I can't think about much places where to stir the shit. Syria is lost, Iraq as well. Iran is too strong, so is DPRK. Maybe something in Africa?
Definitely I expect more sanctions and diplomatic hooliganism.
