This is really concerning video. It's in Czech so I will only summarize what it is about.

It's marketing training for pharmaceutic workers how to do and not to do clinical tests. At first, trainer, representing PharmaConsulting ( https://www.pharma-consulting.com/ ) cheers that clinical tests are still in their direction. Or, at least they can influence them. Then he says there's no place for competition as it would harm everyon.

He continues with warning that false results of clinical tests are not acceptable as they re too risky. Tests must be really done. Then he follows "Test your drug on abnormally perfect patients. In short it means drug should be tested on patients with no comorbidities. He literally says "Choose patients who are healthy or, at worst, who have only one diagnosis. Definitely don look for more complicated cases." Then he continues regarding comparision with other products: "don't choose better product to cmparision. If you do so, by mistake, then use larger dosiers of competitive product and it will surely result in much often adverse drug reaction (ADR) or smaller dosiers of competitive product then it won't be as effective as yours.

Then he speaks about test period and says there is unnamed company that developed product for wight loss. But clinical test in long period was bad and their product can harm hearth. So they stopped clinical test and did another, much shorter. Shorters clinical test was much better adn product is on market now.

Another his point is that you need to make sub-groups of tested people. If you will have negative results then you will look for a group in which results are positive. In example, test is done on man-female group of 30 to 60 age. results are negative. but you will find that results are positive for a female group of 45 to 50 age. So you have to scratch all other results and publish results just for this gvoup. And completely forgot other results.
