There's already one called darknet. There are several problems with such model though. It's not rarely used for criminal activites. Public accessability is low so sharing informations on such platform is very limited and, mostly, among already aware individuals.  Let's not forget - internet was primarily military project introduced to the public later. It attracted billions of people. For a while it was platform to freely share opinions, informations and intgeract with each other. Now, under the guise of "hate speech" and internal rules of "private companies" (deeply entangeled with the governments and globalist agenda) they start to censore content of numerous social platforms used by hundreds of millions of people acrross the globe. It's perfect tool how to manipulate public opinion on the global scale. And, as it started as military project, I think it was meant in this way since begining.

Similar it's with COVID19. Maybe they failed as you suggested. But I'm suspicious that it's just first part of the wider project. With ongoing hysteria they make people more more subversive, used to be stripped of civil rights and, mainly, they rise the whole new generation of Covidiots. This is how little children are abused by the globalist mafia now:




We can be sure that this generation will be terrified by simple sneezing or caughing. they will be so afraid of social contact that they won't be able even protest to any globalist totalitarian bullshit introduced to them. Because go to the streats and protest means break social distance rules...

Moreover, they can release something much deadlier next autumn or spring becausse this their adventage. With deadlier virus released they will get another argument against anyone, who disagrees and protests against their dictatorship. And, clearly, with such invisible enemy they have big adventage. i know what you say is right zod but i am hopefully they have finally gone too far.
People seem to be really waking up. Yes, there are lots going along and blind to things but the masses are seeing things differently now. the above cop is not making the world safer, just showing she is dumb enough to just follow any order and, yes she will be happy to gas people for their good soon enough.
But a watershed moment is very close. Fear will give way to hope and it is coming sooner rather than later.

I think so as well. And this is the plan I think. Yet again we need to go back to the begining of the crisis. It did not start at the end of 2019. More and more clues prove that Military Games were ground zero.
