I have read a lot about strengthening the immune system. Unfortunately, in the "modern" diet not all vitamins and minerals are available in sufficient quantities, especially in Central Europe, for example, the soil is quite washed out, especially iodine and selenium are missing. Selenium is important for building up the immune system, as well as zinc, iodine, vitamin D3 (which should only be taken as a supplement together with K2).
D3 deficiency could explain the higher death rates of older people in particular, as they are undersupplied with it. On the one hand, because their metabolism is no longer as good, on the other hand, because they usually do not spend so much time outside.

D3 deficiency could explain the higher death rates of older people in particular, as they are undersupplied with it. On the one hand, because their metabolism is no longer as good, on the other hand, because they usually do not spend so much time outside.

In our news they said the ship was for a longer time (months?) underway without contacts to the outside. Has someone an idea where to find info how long that was? Would be interesting to know, when, where and how they caught the virus then.
