Truth is Russia is most hit by the oil price drop because their economy relies heavily on oil and gas exports, much more now than in 2013-2014.
For whoever watched the last Putin annual conference it was obvious the economy is struggling.
This is worse than sanctions since the west can survive an oil price crash much easier than Russia.

Truth is Russia is most hit by the oil price drop because their economy relies heavily on oil and gas exports, much more now than in 2013-2014.
For whoever watched the last Putin annual conference it was obvious the economy is struggling.
This is worse than sanctions since the west can survive an oil price crash much easier than Russia.
Hard to say. Definitely Saudis are much more dependent on the oil revenues than Russia. Somewhere I read that Saudi incomes consist from oil export in 87%. In Russia it's 35% only.
