You mean the Saxons, Thuringians, Bavarians etc., don't you?
It was a big mistake in 1871 for the Bavarians to join Prussia. It would have been way better for the Bavarians to join the Austrians....
Actually we are the same "tribe", just separated by order of the Western Allies.
