Health and alternative medicine news /discussion

Hello I would like to discuss topics like GMO ,toxic substances in our water food and other things ,how to avoid them and what natural products to choose, natural supplements and herbs that help to maintain health etc.You can also post about your health problems and how you manage it.I have many friends who seek alternative methods of maintaining health.Remember I'm not health expert I don't encourage nobody to take some herbs of supplements.Everything is good in moderate amounts.I hope you will enjoy this thread.This is my first thread on this site

#Xenoestrogens are EVERYWHERE! In Personal Care products, Cleaning products, Plastics, Foods and even the Air, these chemicals mimics #Estrogen and cause an ENORMOUS array of health problems in both Men and Women … including Cancer!

I use glass bottles instead of plastic .That's the first thing everyone should do

Moms Across America released test results of 12 California wines that were all found to be positive for glyphosate in 2016. We tested further and released new findings last week of glyphosate in all of the most popular brands of wines in the world, the majority of which are from the U.S. and in batch test results in American beer."

I don't have big hope that here it is much better. Groundwaters are polluted because of rape growing. Area where it's growth, is about 350% bigger than it was 20 years ago. As there is about 50 diseases that can destroy the plants before they are fully grown large amounts of chemicals being use...
