The PROBLEM with the July 13 Russian Indictments: NO EVIDENCE

If you read the entire Indictment against twelve Russian military/intelligence persons named by the Special Counsel, you immediately come upon one MAJOR problem.
The Indictment alleges, among other things, that certain named Russians "hacked" into computers from the Hillary Clinton Campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) to steal information and use it to harm Hillary's campaign.
Yet it is long established fact that NEITHER the Hillary Clinton Campaign, NOR the DNC ever allowed the FBI to examine the computers which were allegedly hacked! To this very day, no law enforcement agency has been given access to those computer servers.
Without the servers, there is no evidence of hacking! There can't be. Because only those servers would show what was done, by which IP address and when.
In simpler terms "No servers=No Evidence."
Soooooooooo, how can the Special Counsel make criminal charges without evidence?

That's so shady as it only can be. Are they obligated to announce that they allowed examination of their servers (or part of them whatever)? Even, as an American, you wouldn't know I guess. Imho, this is just theatre. It does not matter what they found or not. All of this is about Trump-Putin meeting. Just notice - FIFA Worldcup ends, Brittons found bottle with Novichok, Muller found 12 GRU agents, Trump is fooling around Europe. All at the same time. Not coinkidink.
