No air conditioning in the summer for Ukrainians sucks, wonder how that translates into to the winter.

This is what I had anticipated the winter 2022 campaign was going to be but the Russians used that as away to threaten what could happen, a few power generation facilities but mostly small repairable substations. Now what we are seeing is a legitimate infrastructure campaign targeting mostly generation and large fuel storage facilities like Stryi and today’s Kiev strike.


Impossible to repair before winter and the Ukrainians are already struggling through the summer. Russia isn’t out of missiles but Ukraine is nearly out of TPPs and HPPs. Sever connection to Europe and NPPs and Ukraine will lose all power.
