Rich people are the most incompetent people I have ever met - Capitalism is an anti- skill ideology

I work for a millionaire. His net worth is around 10 Million. He is an PhD - has founded a small business - and is quite successfull - but holy s**t. The guy is as dumb as bread.

I strongly suspect that he hired a ghost student that did all the exams for him in university and I am almost certain that he hired a ghost writer that wrote his Masters and PhD thesis.

Because this guy cant even write/talk/articulate properly - has problems understanding the most basic stuff - makes one incompetent decision after another. A few years ago he made a stupid decision that cost the company 1 Million Dollars. Completely avoidable because even the lowliest employee could see the disaster approaching from a Mile away - but no amount of arguments and reason could sway him.

But because he was allready born into a rich family -it doesnt matter. Money compensates for lack of talent and lack of skill. Money compensates for stupid decisions that would ruin other people. Money enables you to just throw money at competent people that run the company for you.

His Millionaire friends and business partners are all alike. All from rich families and backgrounds that compensates for their lack of skill.

In the past most people had to be the best at something to reach the top. The smartest. The strongest. The most ruthless. The luckiest. But now money/capital is enough. You just need one of your forefathers to have been skilled/lucky and then generations of descendants can leech off this success despite having a sub standard skillset/intelligence.

Yet these rich people are exactly the ones running the show and making all the decisions. No skill - just capital - thats enough. Its so sad and infuriating. No wonder that they system is collapsing - because we are ruled by rich idiots - who are even worse than the old kings and aristocrats.
