At least 59 people were killed in a Halloween incident
in Seoul’s Itaewon neighborhood Saturday night, according to Yongsan Fire Department chief.
At least 150 others were also injured, the chief added.
The cause of the deaths were not immediately provided
but the chief said many people fell amid the Halloween festivities, resulting in casualties.

When this Seoul incident first happened everyone was saying the victims were in cardiac arrest well now CNN,SKY and Fox are reporting that the cause of death is unknown/yet to be fully determined looks like the CIA/MI6 et al are in damage control with the narrative.
