Excursus II: Seeing as a Means of Power versus Seeing for Self-empowerment through Criticism

The political and media filtering mechanisms, which can severely impair our vision or even completely "switch off", are therefore by no means random-arbitrary, but according to their patterns in such a way that the business of the rulers can be better taken care of. The fact that the rulers see and we do not – or at least it seems to us that they have these "seer qualities" (40) ahead of us - i.e. vision is attributed to them in a proprietary way – at the same time justifies their claim to power, the right to guide us. Never before has a future with pseudo-modern conceptual magic and inflated empty phrases been advertised as "tailor-made" as it has been for several years with that which is associated with the Great Reset and the proclamation of the fourth industrial Revolution; the projects to which global governance has dedicated itself in all turns and departments of its apparatus power. One could also say: Your claim to power and leadership depends on whether and to what extent it is convincingly possible to transfer the task of seeing exclusively and permanently to your staff and your institutions. In doing so – and here the decisive contradiction arises – it enables the vision or perception of the object. Learning to see in general – in the thought horizon of the Enlightenment - is to transform the unexpected into the expected (anticipated by thinking) in many cases, just as, conversely, something unexpected (in the sense of the highly improbable) is often made out of the expected (probable) seeing. In this way, social conditions can be brought to a standstill for dancing or, depending on what the historical hour has struck, collapse. With regard to cognition, which is to be characterized as an operation of assessment and evaluation in historical upheaval situations. Seeing-learning-analogy, the violence from above, which desires to assert itself fully and completely as a "will to power", can counteract a self-efficacy movement from below. It could also be called the "rebellion of the subjects" or the "uprising of the masses". The mobilization and the mass event that occur historically can snatch the seer title, which also lends charisma, from this rule and thus substantially weaken it to such an extent that it suddenly sees itself threatened in its existence. 

Therefore, domination also vehemently opposes all attempts to make people see. This kind of seeing (er)-becoming happens by recognizing possible (previously obscured) connections, tracing them and showing them to others. Thus, they are pointed out to what is often missing in the representations of the tales of domination. Or they can thereby focus on what actually belongs together or could belong together, because one can illuminate the other and explain it in such a way that some puzzles can be solved and some veils can be lifted: riddles and veils that were only created at all due to the anonymized work of the ruling powers. In response to the danger that the claim of the powerful to their monopoly, which allows them to have the exclusive gift and the means to see –from which they derive their right to determine the future as exclusively – will be disputed with them, every view that those subject to power themselves learn is today branded as conspiracy theory or conspiracy narrative.

The position and significance that the accusations of witchcraft and heresy used to have against deviant being, behavior and thinking – and which brought socially conspicuous delinquents to the stake – are now occupied by the accusations of being a conspiracy theorist or of attaching conspiracy narratives and spreading them. Today, the Autodafé is no longer primarily aimed at the physical destruction of the delinquent. In this respect, even this still reflects the highly praised and much-praised civilizational progress of modern times compared to medieval practice. According to the socially accepted techniques of authenticating statements (and the resulting elevation to the status of so-called scientifically guaranteed knowledge), anyone in Wikipedia whose perceptions and points of view explicitly contradict the views and narratives of the ruling class (if he or she appears to be important or dangerous enough) is supported by the pejorative and inflationarily used concept of conspiracy theory or conspiracy narration and is thus excluded from all "wikipedia-worthy" Discursive communities excommunicated. As a result, deviators from the approved opinion corridor quickly find themselves on the fringes of society. Once there, they can be declared an outcast, a pariah, a pest, a criminal or an enemy at any time in steps that are then only small steps, because they follow the large, designed track – as it has already happened to a frightening extent in the corona period, at least up to stage three ("pest") (41).

These numbers are increasing rapidly and changing rapidly.

Look if this sort of NATO coordinated attack does not constitute interference with Russian goals in Ukraine nothing does. So Putin will have to live up to his words and go after the decision making centers in an overwhelming way. Tragically Russian anti air defense artillery is not capable of stopping NATO advanced weapons, he can only hope his other weapons systems are up to the task. The jury is out on that one. Anyway…
