Erdogan's words against the terrorist regime of Tel Aviv are hypocritical. I remember this ship for Gaza. He allowed them to use Turkish ports and made big words against these terrorists, but he knew very well, that these terrorists would catch this ship in international waters and take captive all the crew. So this was a good opportunity for him to get rid of some Turkish guys, who were a pain in his ass. As long as he is not pushing out US from Incirlik and leaving NATO, I would not believe one word of him.

Maybe I have posted it already, but:

On the 16th of April 1856 in the "Paris Declaration Respecting Maritime Law" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paris_Declaration_Respecting_Maritime_Law) it was outlawed to issue "letters of marque" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Letter_of_marque) (German: Kaperbriefe). This was never ratified by the US congress. In article 1 of the US constitution it is still listed as one of the powers of the US congress to issue such letters. So piracy is officially legal in the US.

China and Russia should discuss this in the UN security council and name US a piracy country.
