Microsoft’s head of research Peter Lee noted that the goal is to recruit as much plasma as soon as possible
the company is supporting the efforts of plasma alliance formed by companies like Octapharma, Takeda, CSL Behring and others.
That project kicked off in late March, and counts the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation among its advisors.

“There’s a window from onset of symptoms that lasts from 21 to about 56 days,”
Donating plasma is a more involved process than giving blood, and will take a few hours for those who are willing to participate.

“Convalescent plasma is very promising as a candidate for immediate treatment,
especially as we continue to see mixed results from the repurposed drugs and their trial readouts,”

1. The virus is most likely very dangerous.
2. We must prevent a permanent restriction of freedom.

The second one was in the works anyway, the virus now only offers a nice justification. Where had all these fighters for justice and freedom hidden before this?

yes... you express the 'paradox' that has the entire world at each other's throats
it's no accident. they intend to incite/inflame the dichotomy to trigger anger & fear.
individual 'freedom' vs community

Something is wrong here, that are by far not the "full combat" uniforms that I'm used to see on usual protests. Usually we have the same like in France, but the last real protests were some time ago.
